A traditional Indian dish prepared with minced meat, cooked with a delicious mix of multiple blended spices. Tastes best, garnished with coriander leaves and served with Pav or Chapathi.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions:
01Step
Melt butter in a pan and add PREMIER® Mutton Mince and salt. Sauté for 5-7 min on low heat. (*Thaw PREMIER® Mutton Mince in the refrigerator before use for 4 hrs.)
02Step
Heat oil in another pan, add the whole spices and sauté.
03Step
Add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and chilli to the pan. Sauté for a minute till the raw smell goes off.
04Step
Add prepared PREMIER® Mutton Mince and sauté for 2-3 min on low heat.
05Step
Sprinkle salt (as per taste) and add all the spice powders – turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala along with mint leaves.

Sauté for another 3-4 minutes on low heat.
07Step
Cover and cook for approx. 10 minutes. Add tomato puree and sauté till it blends completely.
08Step
Pour 1/4th cup of water and cook Kheema till completely tender.
09Step
Open the lid and evaporate excess water.
10Step
Sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the gas.
11Step
Serve hot with fresh-cut onions, cucumbers, and carrots.
