4 Tbsp Butter
Butter

Olive Oil

Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp
Chopped Thyme
A Pinch
Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp

In a bowl, add salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper powder and mix well.

Take the steak and pat dry it.

Season it well with spice mix from all the side and keep aside.

In another bowl, add butter, oil and mix it well. Add garlic, thyme, parsley, pepper powder and mix well.
05Step
Apply little butter garlic mixture over one side of the steak.
